The city’s Principal Hotel will house the conference on the 16 May, which includes top tips on running comedy nights, an overview on the food delivery sector, advice from successful operators and how best to deal with a crisis.
This will be followed the MA500 crowd pounding the pavements of Manchester to see what the city has to offer:
Bundobust
