The entry deadline for the awards is now 19 November, giving pubcos a little more room to polish and finalise their applications for the industry’s leading awards event.
Ed Bedington, editor of The Morning Advertiser, which organises the competition, said: “We appreciate that it’s no mean feat entering the Publican Awards, there’s a good reason they’re the contest to win, so we’ve given pub operators a little extra time to work on their entries.
“Submissions have been really strong this year, so the extra two weeks will give everyone the chance to get their best entry in and we look forward to starting the rigorous judging process in two weeks.”
The awards are open to pub companies across the UK and cover a wide range of areas of excellence from employer of the year, to best new site.
