Ei Managed Investments announces new Urban Pubs & Bars venture

Sequel venture: Urban Pubs & Bars Two will launch with a portfolio of three London venues

Ei has announced the launch of Urban Pubs & Bars Two in partnership with Nick Pring and Malc Heap, the founders of Urban.

Urban Pubs & Bars Two will be Ei Managed Investments' 11th partner, with previous ventures including Hippo Inns, Frontier Pubs and PubLove.

The venture’s first three venues will be the Rose Pub & Kitchen in New Cross, the Royal Oak in Harlesden, and the Paradise by Way of Kensal Green in Kensal Green, all in London.

Urban Pubs & Bars co-founder Malc Heap said: “Having worked with Ei Group for many years, we are delighted to be partnering with their Managed Investments business.
