The annual show will mark its 30th year by bringing together suppliers and industry experts for the three-day event.
Two leading chefs will speak on the show’s main live stage about the development of their careers and their insight into the industry.
Tom Kerridge, the Michelin-starred chef behind the award-winning Hand & Flowers pub in Buckinghamshire, will be interviewed about his plans for a new London restaurant. He will also discuss what has helped his career so far.
There will also be the opportunity to hear Daniel Clifford, the chef-patron of Cambridgeshire venue Midsummer House, share the stories behind his trademark dishes.
Clifford became a household name after being one of the winners on BBC television show Great British Menu for the second year in a row in 2013.
Business leaders
A wine tasting session paired with consumer guidance on trends in the market will be hosted by a notable master of wine. With 30 years of experience in the UK wine business, Peter McCombie will share his advice from the operation of his own wine consultancy service for hotels and restaurants.
Attendees will also be offered a chance to hear from leaders in the business of cheese with a special masterclass.

In addition to famous speakers, the show will also feature the final rounds of international and national competitions.
