The portfolio is being marketed, through Christie & Co, with offers sought in excess of £3.8m, and opportunities to purchase sub groups or individual assets.
The pubs include four sites in Devon Claytons & The Glasshouse in Barnstaple, The Arcade in Exeter, The Quarryman’s Rest in Bampton and the White Hart in North Tawton, as well as the First & Last in Herne Common, Kent; The Fox Inn in Ellisfield, Hampshire; The Lounge in Trowbridge, Wiltshire; The Rusty Axe in Stembridge, Somerset and The Wheatsheaf in Drayton, Oxfordshire.
It leaves Mentor Inns with three remaining sites.
