INGREDIENTS
- 80ml juice from a ripe pink grapefruit
- Juice from half a lemon
- 40ml sugar syrup
- Cold or sparkling water to top up
- 2 mint sprigs
- Crushed ice
METHOD
- Pour the sugar syrup into a tumbler and add mint sprigs
- Stir and bruise lightly
- Add the citrus juices and stir
- Top up with crushed ice and sparkling water
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
