Created by the Novus mixology team, the special drinks will all include Bulleit Bourbon whiskey.
Bulleit Bourbon founder Tom Bulleit held an engagement day with the Novus team to ensure it understood the personality of the brand, its heritage and flavour combinations, which could bring the drink to life for customers.
Easter Chocolate Special
The drinks consist of four cocktail choices, each priced at £7. The flagship cocktail – Easter Chocolate Special – includes Bulleit Bourbon, Baileys, double cream, cocoa powder and is topped with whipped cream and chocolate Mini Eggs.

Vegan menus
Meanwhile, The Vegan Society released four recipes that pubs can make the most of this Easter, designed for vegan diners.
The recipes included a balsamic roasted potato and asparagus dish; pea soup; mushroom and leek pie; and for the sweet-toothed diners, lemon possets with shortbread.
