- Absolut Vanilia
- Passionfruit purée
- Juicy pineapple
- Fresh passionfruit
- Vanilla syrup
- Ice
- Prosecco/Champagne on the side
Method:
- Muddle the pineapple segment in a Boston jar
- Squeeze in half a passionfruit
- Add 25ml passionfruit purée
- Add 15ml vanilla syrup
- Add 50ml Absolut Vanilia
- Fill with cubed ice
- Shake
- Double strain
- Float a passionfruit half on top
- Serve with a shot of Prosecco/Champagne
