The pub, called Cask, has been crowned Pub of the Year two years running in both 2016 and 2017 by the Liverpool Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
The venue situated in Stoneycroft, was opened in July 2015 after plans were approved to open the first micropub in the City of Liverpool.
The one-room micropub is adorned with memorabilia, including decorative, beer-related ornaments displayed in glass cabinets. There is also a model railway track circling the room’s ceiling.
The pub offers an ever-changing beer selection and specialises in bespoke beers and real ales sourced from breweries nationwide.
Keith Stringer, associate director at Christie & Co who is handling the sale said: “Since its inception in 2015, the Cask micropub has been a labour of love for owners Ian and Michelle Barton.
“Now looking to retire and with trade having increased over 50% during the past 12 months, the business represents an ideal opportunity for new owner operators to build on the firm foundations and profits of the business.”
The pub is available for £195,000 for the freehold interest.
