Another weekend of sport will see the second match in the British & Irish Lions Test series in Wellington, as well as the tennis final from Eastbourne.

Rugby Union: British & Irish Lions v New Zealand – Saturday 1 July, 7.30am-11.15am (Sky Sports 1 HD)

The British & Irish Lions face New Zealand in the second Test match in the series in Wellington. After losing the first Test, the Lions know they have to win here to avoid a series defeat.

Tennis: Eastbourne ​ Saturday 1 July, 12.15pm-3pm (BBC 1)

The final takes place at the Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club in Eastbourne, East Sussex. With Wimbledon set to begin on Monday, the finalists will look to go into the Grand Slam on a high with victory on the south coast.

Cycling: Tour de France – Saturday 1 July, 2pm-6pm (ITV4) and 1.45pm-6.30pm (Eurosport)

The cycling showpiece of the year begins with a time trial in Dusseldorf, Germany. The favourites for the overall title are not expected to win the 13km stage but don't discount any of them, such as Chris Froome, Richie Porte and Nairo Quintana, from making an opening-day impact. Coverage continues on Sunday when the riders move on from Germany to Belgium. 

Cricket: ICC Women’s World Cup ​ Sunday 2 July, 10.20am-6pm (Sky Sports 1 HD)

England take on Sri Lanka at the County Ground in Taunton, Somerset, at the ICC Women's World Cup. This is the third game of the tournament for both sides.

Rowing: Henley Royal Regatta – Sunday​ 2 July, 11am-5pm (BT Sport 1)

Day five of the historic Henley Royal Regatta, one of the most famed sporting and social occasions in the world.
