Anglian Country Inns
Eight-strong operator Anglian Country Inns is a finalist in the food category at the Publican Awards for a second year in a row. The company's White Horse site in Brancaster Staithe, Norfolk, was shortlisted at 2016's Great British Pub Awards in the Best Inn category, in part due to its stunning seafood offer and the group prides itself in a quality food offer throughout its estate.

ETM Group
The London-based operator has 12 sites in and around the capital, all of which have an exceptional food offer. The company sources its ingredients from niche suppliers, including Select Butchery for meat, Billingsgate Market for fish and Paul Rhodes Bakery for bread.
The White Brasserie Company
This group of 13 pubs from Raymond Blanc will have high hopes of success at March's awards ceremony at Battersea Evolution, London. The company's seasonal menus look to add a French brasserie twist to traditional pub food with the winter menu currently including the likes of slow-cooked lamb shoulder and roast pumpkin risotto.
The Seafood Pub Company
Having been presented with the Best Food Offer award at both the 2015 and 2016 Publican Awards, Seafood Pub Company will hope to win the award again in 2017. Speaking after the company's success in 2016, editor of The Morning Advertiser, Ed Bedington, said: "While maintaining a strong central brand identity, this company still manages to give its chefs enough freedom to develop their own individual ideas."
Bel & the Dragon
South-east-based operator, Bel & the Dragon, delivers a menu of British staples made up with locally sourced ingredients. The group's head chef, Ronnie Kimbugwe, like many of the other finalists in this category, offers an impressive ever-changing seasonal menu throughout the year.
