Hit the frontier of winter fruits with this berry good mix

With the recent soft drinks revival, mocktails are going to be big this winter. Valencia Berry is a refreshing, easy - to - make drink for bartenders, especially during the colder months when berries are at their best.

Served in a long glass. this drink boasts a fruity blend of blackberry and orange flavours.

While topping with Orangina packs a zesty punch, Orangina Light could be used as an alternative.

We suggest a mint garnish, and a skewer of berries, for the perfect finish.

Ingredients

  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml blackberry puree
  • 15ml raspberry puree
  • 6 raspberries
  • 3 blackberries
  • Orangina

Method

  • Add the berries, then the lemon juice, and lightly press out the juices
  • Add the puree, then fill 3/4 of the glass with crushed ice
  • Churn until well mixed, then top up with more crushed ice
  • Top with Orangina
  • Prepare the berry skewer with a cocktail stick and the mint
  • Add the garnish
