The brewery were honoured at the festival last year when their Welsh Red Ale, Cwtch, was named the Supreme Champion Beer of Britain, clinching them an invite to have a brewery bar at this year’s event.
Taking place from 9 August, the Great British Beer Festival is organised by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
Only eight breweries – including Tiny Rebel – are formally invited to have a brewery bar at the event at Olympia in Kensington. Tens of thousands of drinkers will enjoy over 900 ales, ciders and international beers over five days.
Brad Cummings, co-founder of Tiny Rebel, said: “As the new kids in the block, it was hugely satisfying to walk away from last year’s festival with Cwtch named the Supreme Champion Beer of Britain.
“Now, as the youngest ever brewery to be invited, we plan to build on this success and encourage even more people to defy their senses with Tiny Rebel beer.”
The brewery will be flying the Welsh beer flag at the festival with several firm favourites on offer including Cwtch, Fubar and Hadouken along with limited edition Stay Puft and a brand new Tropical Golden Ale – Juicy.
Tiny Rebel fans in the capital will also be treated to a week-long residency at one of London’s leading beer venues when the Craft Beer Co. in Covent Garden becomes the Tiny Rebel Tavern.
Gazz Williams, co-founder and head brewer, added: “It has been an incredible time for us though we certainly won’t rest on our laurels – as our plans for a new, larger brewery site demonstrate.
“Although we are really proud of Cwtch, we have been busy brewing new beers that reflect our belief in fun, flavour and drinkability – something we are confident visitors to the festival will enjoy.”
