The awards are run in partnership with national drinks supplier, Matthew Clark.
Kathryn Chabowska, Buying and Product Controller - Beer, Cider and Soft Drinks at Matthew Clark said: “As soon as the awards were complete last year, we knew we wanted to continue with our Beer Marketing Award partnership. The diversity of last year’s winners truly highlighted the sheer innovation and excitement being thrown into the Beer category. We’re committed to supporting and developing this sector of the industry right through into 2016 and beyond, not only through our own ranges like Boutique Beers, but also through our continued investment. It’s great that within such a competitive category, fueled by innovation, we can highlight and recognise those who are committed to delivering such a great experience to consumers via their marketing plans.”
Beer Marketing Awards co-founder, Jo Miller said: “Having Matthew Clark on board again, reflects their commitment to the beer category, and also wealth of expertise within their business when it comes to beer. Having seen their range developments and fantastic set of Boutique Beers events this year, it’s clear they are perfect to partner with again, their dedication to the category is second to none.”
Leading beer writer and co-founder of the Beer Marketing Awards, Pete Brown added: “The awards are open to all, demonstrated by the breadth of winners from last year’s competition, that included: Beavertown, Budweiser and Fuller’s. So whether you’re a mainstream lager brand creating a large scale TV advertising campaign or a microbrewer pouring your creativity into social media, the awards are open to all, at every level.” Adding: “We were thrilled with the event last year, not only with the quality and volume of entries, but with that fact that all of the tickets for the awards event sold out so quickly. We’re keeping the event at the same venue this year in order to re-create the same atmosphere, so people should get their tickets whilst they can.”
Details of how to enter the awards or buy tickets to the awards evening can be found at www.beermarketingawards.co.uk with a closing date for entries of 31st March 2016.
Winners will be announced at an event on 8th Sept 2016 at the Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London.
