The club meets three times a year for business briefings followed by an evening study tour.
The next event takes place at the Albert Hall conference centre in Nottingham on 27 January 2016.
Speakers confirmed for the event include:
Stephen Gould, managing director of Everards Brewery
James Douglas, co-founder, Red’s True Barbecue
Martin Hilton, managing director of Purecraft Bars
Andrew Taylor, head of leisure at Natwest
James Anderson, partner at licensing specialists Poppleston Allen
Colin Wilde, managing director, Castle Rock Brewery
Chris Wisson, senior analyst at market researchers Mintel

There will also be a panel debate on the implications for labour costs and jobs of the new National Living Wage. The new rate of £7.20 per hour for workers aged 25 or over will be introduced in April 2016 and many operators have warned that the extra staffing costs will reduce their ability to invest and create jobs in the future.
'Vibrant'
Delegates will also hear from Jo Cox-Brown, chief executive of the Malt Cross Trust, who heads up Nottingham’s Street Pastor scheme which looks after vulnerable people on nights out.
PMA editor Ed Bedington said: “We’re excited to be heading to Nottingham for our next MA300 business club. The city’s eating and drinking out scene is building a steady reputation for its vibrant nightlife and diverse range of venues. We’ll get a flavour of that with our usual top-notch study tour along with a day packed full of insight and information.”
