The chain, which was highly commended in this year’s Publican Awards for the concept that offers ‘modern-day essential features’ to guests including sockets and USB ports on tables and high-speed broadband connections, has been given a new Autumn menu inspired by trends in street food.
New breakfast options include American-style pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, cereal, porridge, Greek yoghurt and granola and toast as well as a range of snacks from grab & go counters at each site.
The pubs’ main menus now include dishes such as open burritos, ribs, wings and slaw, salt beef subs and the “Rib Licker” – pulled beef rib with gherkins and crispy onions.
A selection of new burgers have also been added, including a chilli cheese burger, grilled halloumi and mushroom burger and a New York burger with salt beef as well as a range of “world flavours” dishes.
New desserts include strawberry sandwiches and salted caramel sundaes.
The brand’s drinks offer has been further expanded with a range of six new cocktails; Orange Zinger, Ting Twister, Doctor Pepper, Cheery Doctor, Gold and Stormy and Apple Zu.
