The chain, which operates over 150 sites nationwide, is asking diners to upload pictures of their roast dinners to its #recordbreakingroast album via the brand's website, with an eye to reaching 50,000 entries before 12 September 2015.
Valid photo entries must include roast meat (or a vegetarian supplement), roasted or mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, vegetables and gravy and be taken before anything has been eaten.
After photos are uploaded, users receive a voucher for two courses for £6.50 at a Toby Carvery site and the chance to win a £50 Toby Carvery gift card.
Research by Toby Carvery recently reported that roast dinners and local pubs were among the top things Brits missed when abroad on holiday.
