£2 million of pubs go up for auction

A package of pubs with guide prices totaling almost £2 million is set to go under the hammer later this month, in a sale described as the biggest ever seen in West Wales.

Nine properties in south Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire will be up for sale at a public auction later this month.

Property specialists Sidney Phillips, who are conducting the auction, say the pubs have already created a buzz.

The auction will take place on 25 September at 2.30pm.
