Champagne Lallier launches new series
Champagne Lallier has kicked off the launch of its new ‘Série R’ collection of multi vintage NV Champagnes.
Lallier's new product, R.012, is available to order now through Boutinot with a recommended retail price of £29.99.
The Champagne is made using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from a blend of vintages including 2012 (81%), 2002, 2004 and 2008.
Winemaker-owner Francis Tribaut, who purchased the property from the Lallier family in 2004, said: “Série R keeps the beautiful nuances that a vintage provides, while avoiding wines which could be unexceptional in themselves.
"I have selected and blended the very best I can so R.012 is a reflection of the Lallier style, expressed through a predominant vintage.”
