Called Tom’s Table, the book features 100 of Kerridge’s everyday recipes including starters, sides, main and desserts, including quick mid-week meals and weekend dinner ideas.
Recipes include Cheddar and ale soup, simple sunflower-seed-crusted trout, the ultimate roast chicken, lamb ribs with roasted onions; stuffed green peppers; home-made ketchups, popcorn bars, date and banana milkshake and pecan tart.

Kerridge’s previous books are Tom Kerridge’s Proper Pub Food and Tom Kerridge’s Best Ever Dishes.
The chef runs Greene King tenancy the two-Michelin starred Hand & Flowers and Enterprise lease the Coach, both in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
He has recently been at the helm of the BBC’s Food & Drink and Spring Kitchen series. Other recent projects include a pulled pork campaign for BPEX.
