ETM Group's the Gun gets new head chef
Robert Hunter, whose culinary roster includes the Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall and double Michelin-starred New York eatery Eleven Madison Park, has taken the helm of the London gastropub’s kitchen.
Hunter said: “I’ve always been a big fan of ETM as owners of some of my favourite London gastropubs and venues. It’s great now to be working with the group and I’m really excited about what’s in store.”
As well as being responsible for menu planning and development, Hunter will be sourcing ingredients for the site from select UK farms and niche suppliers.
James Lyon-Shaw, operations director for ETM Group, said: “We are thrilled to have Robert on board. He brings with him a huge amount of industry expertise and experience to help us take the food at the gun to the next level.”
