Robert Hunter, whose culinary roster includes the Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall and double Michelin-starred New York eatery Eleven Madison Park, has taken the helm of the London gastropub’s kitchen.
Hunter said: “I’ve always been a big fan of ETM as owners of some of my favourite London gastropubs and venues. It’s great now to be working with the group and I’m really excited about what’s in store.”
As well as being responsible for menu planning and development, Hunter will be sourcing ingredients for the site from select UK farms and niche suppliers.
