The Scottish brewery's co-founders Martin Dickie and James Watt, who pride themselves on unusual 'guerrilla' marketing strategies, took to the sky above London to drop taxidermy cats from a helicopter.
The brewery and bar operator has now raised £4.25m in six months with an intention to raise £25m in total with more than half a million 'shares' being made available.
Capital raised from investors will be used to fund an expansion of the BrewDog brewery and its international bar division, as well as launching new projects like a craft beer hotel, custom sour beer facility and a distillation plant.
Last month James Watt told the PMA that he may consider a more traditional IPO share offer in the future rather than the current technique of raising cash through crowdfunding initiatives.
