Marco Pierre White’s group of four pubs in Norfolk have been placed on the market for sale individually or as a group acquisition.

The sale includes three freeholds – The Lifeboat Inn, Thornham, Chequers Inn, Thornham and the Wayford Bridge Inn, Wayford Bridge, as well as the leasehold of the Bridge Inn at Acle Bridge.

The Lifeboat Inn includes 13 en-suite letting bedrooms, a 70 cover restaurant, bar and breakfast room as well as a car park and terraced garden on the North Sea coast.

Chequers Inn is Grade II Listed mid/late 17th​ century property with a lounge bar, 70 cover restaurant and 12 en-suite letting bedrooms as well as a separate cottage and a studio.

Wayford Bridge Inn is a well-developed dining pub and hotel with 15 en-suite bedrooms, 120 cover restaurant, bar and lounges in extensive landscaped grounds on the Norfolk Broads national park.

The Bridge Inn, on the Norfolk Broadland riverside, includes a 140 cover restaurant with mooring for 200 external covers and mooring for 12 boats.

The four properties are on sale through leisure property specialists Fleurets on the instructions of the Joint Administrators of Defiance Inns Property UK Limited, Victory Inns Property UK Limited, Agamemnon Inns Property UK Limited, Minotaur Inns Property UK Limited and Horatio Inns Limited.
