CEO Daniel Davies said: “It’s an honour to be recognised and to be shortlisted for this award. As the company has grown over the past few years, we have put a huge investment in people, recruiting the brightest talent found in the Wirral.
I strongly believe that this has enabled us to remain instrumental in our award-winning innovation.”
Carrington’s Catering and The Mothership Group have also been shortlisted, with the winner due to be announced at a gala dinner held on the 16 July at Sefton Park Palm House. The awards, now in their eleventh year, aim to celebrate Merseyside businesses.
Wirral-based CPL provides face-to-face training and online e-learning courses to the licensed retail and hospitality sectors. CPL now provides training at over 70 locations to over 30,000 people annually, including training for industry giants Coco-Cola and Carlsberg.
Members of the public can have their say in the awards, with voting open to the public up until Friday 12 June.
