Fuller's chef joins City Pub Companies

Pub companies City Pub Company East & City Pub Company West have appointed a new executive chef.

Vincent Glouton, who has been an executive chef with Fuller’s for 15 years, will work across both companies’ food offers.

The company has 18 sites, 14 which are operational at present, which Glouton will work across.

This new position was created as part of the support team for the continuous growth and expansion of the companies.

Glouton said: “I am very excited and privileged to be joining the City Pub Company team, the entrepreneurial culture of the company is very dear to my heart. Each site is individual and we aim to offer food which is characteristic of its location and availability of the best products in that region.”

City Pub Company East and City Pub Company West were set up in December 2011 by entrepreneurs David Bruce, the original creator of the Firkin pubs; Clive Watson, who together with Bruce built up and sold the Capital Pub Company in London, and John Roberts, formerly MD at Fuller’s.

The City Pub Companies have their own management structures with Rupert Clark CEO of City Pub Company East and Alex Derrick leading City Pub Company West.
