Cornish Sea Salt has introduced a range of new Seaweed Seasonings designed to offer a healthy and easy-to-use flavouring for any cook.
The range includes four products – Original Sea Pepper, Fiery Sea Pepper, Seaweed Sea Salt and Savoury Seaweed Flakes. Each come in ready-to-use pinch pots.

Pretzel bread added to Roller Hotdogs range
A sausage producer is tapping into the trend for gourmet hot dogs with the launch of a finger roll made from pretzel bread.
Available now, Rollover Pretzel bread – from Rollover Hotdogs – is described as having a traditional dark brown crust and a salty flavour. It will join Rollover’s brioche and French baguette products.
The company said the latest launch is part of its plan to reinvigorate the foodservice market with a continued focus on a gourmet offering.
This includes a package of recipe, product and presentation options suitable for a gourmet hot dog experience.
The Pretzel Dog is the latest of in the company’s ‘menu’ options. It includes the new Pretzel bread, along with Rollover’s Meister Dog, cheese sauce and jalapenos.
Rollover suggested a fully-loaded hot dog with a tray and blue star greaseproof paper would cost around £1.50 to serve. It recommend selling the hot dog at anything from £4.50 upwards.
