The Publican's Morning Advertiser caught up with judges and finalists to find out what makes the Publican Awards 2015 the industry gold standard.

The awards night is next Monday (16 March) and promises to be the biggest networking event in the pubs industry. It will be hosted by David Walliams and include a night of entertainment, dinner, the awards ceremony and an after-party.
