Each week four different teams in separate pubs across the country battle it out, answering identical questions in a contest to be crowned that week's pub quiz champion.
Described as an “exciting combination of a TV quiz show and an observational documentary”, the show also allows viewers to play along at home helped by on-screen graphics.
For three weeks, Sky’s cameras were in place to film the show at the Queen's Arms in Birmingham, simultaneously played by teams in three other venues around the country.

Manager Paul Barr said the filming had raised the profile of the pub and its regular Thursday night quizzes were busier than ever. The pub will make its debut on tonight's show.
“It’s been a great thing for us to be involved with. Our quiz night is the busiest night of the week for us and it’s great to raise the profile of the Queens Arms even further," he said.
“Even before the series started it’s generated a huge amount of interest locally and made our regular quiz nights even more popular. We’re looking forward to seeing the end result on Sky One, and lots of our customers will be watching eagerly to see if they made it into the final cut.”
Other pubs taking part in the series include: The Old Nuns Head, London, The Rose & Crown, Chelmsford, The Royal Blenheim, Oxford and the Lyceum Tavern, Newport.
