The official launch of the new steakhouse is set to take place on 12 March at the Oak Tree Inn in Helperby, North Yorkshire.
The group has invested £10,000 in a two-tonne, 400 degree wood burning oven for the site, which will produce a wide variety of chargrilled meat, fish and seafood for the new brand’s steakhouse menu.
Provenance Inns also recently opened a luxury boutique hotel, the West Park, in Harrogate.
Michael Ibbotson, director of Provenance Inns & Hotels, said: “The introduction of our new brand, the Yorkshire Steakhouse, in addition to our country inns and boutique hotel will provide us with three very distinct areas for future growth.
“By creating three distinct brands it will enable us to market our businesses separately and more effectively whilst ensuring our quality, service levels and food and beverage components are finely tunes in accordance with each market.
“This investment fulfils our pledge to our customers to deliver the best local produce, cooked to perfection in a comfortable yet stylish environment.”
Provenance Inns employs 270 people and runs seven inns across Yorkshire, including the Black Bull Inn in Moulton, the Oak Tree Inn in Helperby, the Carpenters Arms in Felixkirk, the Punch Bowl Inn in Marton-cum-Grafton, the Crown and Cushion in Welburn and the Durham Ox in Crayke.
