Bocuse d'Or Team UK leader unwinds after world final
Bocuse d’Or finalist and Team UK leader Adam Bennett, head chef at Charles Wells’ outlet the Cross, Kenilworth, was treated to a “home away from home” party after taking place in the prestigious culinary showdown.
After achieving tenth place in the world final that took place in Lyon, France, from 27-28 January, Bennett and commis chef Josh Allen retired to Lyon-based Charles Wells site the Elephant & Castle for drinks and celebrations.
The Norwegian national team claimed first place in the contest for the fifth time since its inception in 1987.
