Ian Wright, Paddy McGuiness and Jeff Stelling staff Carlsberg pop-up pub
The temporary bar was set up before England’s Euro 2016 qualifier win over San Marino courtesy of the Carlsberg Fan Squad – the taskforce aiming to amplify fans’ enjoyment of the beautiful game.
The squad headed by broadcaster Jeff Stelling, ex-footballer Ian Wright and comedian Paddy McGuinness, created a ‘pop-up’ version of The Eternal Optimist pub from the summer’s TV advert, with food prepared by Michelin-starred pub chef Tom Kerridge and a live performance from The Lightening Seeds.
