Stonegate updates menus across My Local Pub and Missoula Montana sites
New style burgers, sharing dishes and giant grill plates have been added to the menu of the pub company’s 69-strong My Local Pub estate, as it pledges an ‘all day every day’ two-meal fixed price deal to its customers.
Pulled pork features on a number of options, including on nachos to share, as a loaded baguette or as a burger. Also taking centre stage are two grill dishes – Beer and Bourbon Double Chicken and Ribs, and Spicy Latino Chicken.
Broccoli and Brie Pasta Shells, a dish claimed by Stonegate to have impressed during customer trials, are a new inclusion on the low calorie meal section.
Three perfect winter desserts have been added: Black Forest and Brownie Cheesecake; Red Cherry Waffle; and Sticky Toffee Sunday. All are available at two for the price of one.
Claire Tanner-Stacey, marketing manager for the My Local Pub estate, said: “As well as introducing these new dishes, which add something new and unique to the menu, we are pledging fantastic all-day every-day promises to our customers.
“One of our promises is that we will offer a selection of some of our customers’ favourite dishes as two meals for a great value fixed price.”
Missoula Montana
Stonegate has also added a number of new mains options to the menu at its three Missoula Montana Bar & Grill sites, in Milton Keynes, Nottingham and York.
Salmon with Lemon & Fennel Sauce is served with buttered wilted spinach, couscous, char-grilled peppers and courgettes, while Canyon Creek Chicken is chicken breast with spinach and pancetta, chargrilled peppers, buttered wilted spinach and sautéed fingerling potatoes.
A range of new salads, suitable as mains or an appetiser, have also been added to the main menu.
The Huckleberry & Walnut Salad is made from avocado, spinach, green apple, cranberries, blue cheese and a Montana huckleberry dressing, while the Smoked Chicken & Mango Salad consists of rocket, watercress, green onion and a mint and coriander dressing.
On the dessert menu is a Giant Rocky Road & Marshmallow Cheesecake, which is ideal as a sharing option.
Seasonal produce
A new specials menu, meanwhile, offers the latest in seasonal produce. During September, customers had the chance to try appetiser dishes such as the Spinach & Artichoke dip.
Nicola Stuart, marketing at Missoula Montana Bar & Grill, said: “The new specials menu offers customers the chance to experience even more of the fabulous food from the American state of Montana.
“This joins our main menu, which offers favourites including the USDA steaks, Bison Medallion Steak, the famous hanging skewers as well as a range of fresh, delicious salads and appetisers.”
