Four hospitality professionals can win a pair of tickets to a MasterChef pop up restaurant courtesy of Nestle Milano, who are one of the event sponsors. The restaurant will be housed at the Blue Fin Building in Southwark, south London for five weeks throughout September and October.
The closing date for entries is midnight on 3 August(Sunday).
A 130 cover restaurant and bar is being created on the Blue Fin building's 12th floor with views overlooking the Thames, St Paul’s and The Shard.
The restaurant will also have its own terrace with gardens and will be open Tuesday to Sunday.
A three-course lunch, three-course supper and five course tasting menu will be served daily and a special MasterChef brunch will be available at weekends.
Each week will see a core of three MasterChef competitors head up the kitchen with 2014 champion Ping Coombes and finalists Jack Lucas and Luke Owen cooking up dishes during the opening week.
