New hybrid oven launched

Jestic Foodservice Equipment has launched a new hybrid oven that enables chefs to bake, fry and cook up to ten times faster than conventional ovens.

The new Atollspeed AS300T hybrid oven combines hot air impingement and microwave heating technology to speed up the cooking process and allows chefs to cook a wide variety of products with a very high repeatable standard.

The new oven features an advanced touchscreen that can store up to 100 programmes as well as a USB port for transferring data files.

The programming screen can also include menu pictures to simplify the cooking process during busy periods.

The Atollspeed features a built in baking chamber for quick and simple cleaning and a cool down mode for rapid changes in cooking temperature.

The oven measures at 570mm in length, x 700mm in width and x 435mm in height and can be double stacked to save on space.
