The dishes will be available at selected ETM sites and will run from 23 June through to the close of the tournament on 6 July.
Head chef of ETM site One Canada Square in Canary Wharf, East London, has created a strawberry and lemon balm tennis ball dessert featuring a tempered white chocolate sphere filled with strawberry and lemon balm ice cream which has been dipped in white chocolate and dusted with dissected coconut and green tea (£6.50).
The dessert comes with a hot chocolate pouring sauce and is exclusive to the One Canada Square site.
A grand slam summer cup cocktail will also be available and contains gin using organic apples, cranberry juice and strawberry puree topped off with a serving of double cream and fresh strawberry wedges (£9.50).
The cocktail will be available at One Canada Square as well as Chiswell Street Dining Rooms, Moorgate, Central London and the Botanist in Sloane Square, West London.
