Established favourites such as fish & chips, burgers and club sandwiches are joined by four new salad additions, include salmon nicoise and quinoa with sweet potato and avocado.
They are complemented by a number of new main courses, including cod with feta cheese and sundried tomato and bauletti (filled pasta parcels).
The new menu also offers five new sharing boards, including a meat mezze based on harissa-marinated lamb and chicken skewers, and an antipasto mezze with chargrilled vegetables, feta cheese and dips.
TCG said the boards appeal to the shoppers and after-work drinkers who form a large part of the brand’s customer base.
Summery flavours
The dessert offer has been refreshed to offer lighter, summery flavours in dishes such as mango and passion fruit mess and lemon pie cheesecake.
TCG chief operating officer Nigel Wright said the new menus offer the quality and diversity that have been essential to the enduring appeal of the brand.
He explained: "The continuing success of the Henry’s Café Bar brand is due in large part to its food offer.
"We refresh it regularly to make sure it meets the demands of the more aspirational customers who frequent the sites and reflects the latest food trends in the casual dining sector, while also keeping our perennial favourites."
The new menu is the result of an extensive development process by TCG that included a review of consumer trends, competitor analysis and a tasting for general managers at all Henry’s Café Bars.
TCG operates five Henry’s sites – four in London, and one in Cardiff.
