All Bar One lands its first airport site
All Bar One Airside opened on Wednesday at Birmingham Airport. It is a 160-seat bar with an adjacent Espresso All Bar One to give customers the choice of sitting-in or a take-away service offering coffees, sandwiches, salads and cakes.
All Bar One Landside is expected to open in the same airport in June.
Each of the two bars will serve breakfasts through to dinner as well as snacks along with wine, Champagne, beer and spirits.
Birmingham Airport’s head of commercial, Richard Gill, said All Bar One has dramatically improved the food and beverage offer in the departure lounge. These in-airport sites brings Mitchells & Butlers' portfolio to 47 outlets including a recently opened All Bar One at London’s Euston Station.
