Slug and Lettuce: new meal of pulled pork in a sticky Tabasco sauce
Stonegate Pub Company brand Slug and Lettuce is launching a new menu on 2 April with a big focus on pulled pork.

Dishes include sharing nachos with spicy sticky pulled pork; the pulled pork sandwich served on artisan bread with melted smoked mozzarella cheese and crunchy chilli coleslaw and the popular Tostada flatbreads now have the new option of pulled pork in spicy tabasco sauce with Jalapeno, melted smoked mozzarella and tomato salsa.

A new sliders sharing platter features Southern-fried chicken, pulled pork in a sticky Tabasco sauce and beef topped with smoked mozzarella cheese and served with chips and dips.

Other new dishes include the Ultimate S&L burger, spicy pork pad Thai and beef madras, stuffed chicken schnitzel, Italian style salmon, grilled salmon three grain risotto, and sweet potato fries with garlic mayo. New desserts include Millionaire’s meringue and passion fruit syllabub.

Two new dishes have also been added to the popular ‘under 500-calorie’ menu - a spicy pork pad Thai (498 calories) and grilled asparagus and king prawn salad (350 calories).
