The range includes Mediterranean salmon tartlets with salmon poached in a tomato sauce and topped with roasted peppers sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese; smoked haddock florentine tartlets with a bechamel sauce, topped with spinach and gruyere cheese; and salmon, prawn and white wine tartlets.
Open tarts made with puff pastry complete the range and come in four flavours: smoked haddock florentine; Mediterranean salmon; salmon, prawn and white wine; and smoked haddock, cider and smoked Applewood Cheddar.
All fish is sourced locally in Grimsby, Yorkshire withMaris Piper potatoes form Lincolnshire and herbs sourced regionally.
