Farm Frites: product development competition
Potato specialist Farm Frites is inviting chefs to pitch a new product idea to win a trip to Holland or Belgium.

As headline sponsor of the Development Chef Club organised by the Publican’s Morning Advertiser’s sister title Restaurant magazine - which has been launched to inform, inspire and interact with multi-site development and group executive chefs behind foodservice NPD - the Farm Frites giveaway aims to tap into the imagination and expertise of chefs who fancy the challenge.

The new product should be targeted at the foodservice industry in general or at a specific sector and ultimately needs to make foodservice businesses more profitable which satisfying consumer demand. They must be viable in terms of practicality and cost.

The winner will go to a Farm Frites factory to see their product made for market.

Farm Frites is launching several low in salt, gluten and allergen-free products as well as exploring sharing, snack and global cuisine options.

To enter the competition, email your idea, contact details and place of work to fhccbeghx@snezsevgrf.pbz quoting ‘Farm Frites product innovation competition’ in the subject bar by the end of June 2014.
