BBC searches for young chefs to star in TV series
Junior chefs or kitchen staff aged between 17 and 24 are eligible to enter. The BBC asks that they are ambitious, confident and keen to become the next big name in hospitality.
"We’re looking for confident young people in the cooking industry who think they could be the next Gordon Ramsay or Jamie Oliver," said a spokesman. "We’re looking for young confident characters who believe they have what it takes. It doesn’t matter if they are currently a pot washer or junior chef in a pub – as long as they believe in their cooking ability and potential."

To apply for casting chefs must email xvrena.zppnegul@oop.pb.hx with their name, age, contact details, where they work and why they think they have what it takes to go far in the industry along with a photograph of themselves.
