British Beer & Pub Association to hold an MP dinner during the Labour Party Conference

The British Beer & Pub Association North West region is holding a dinner during the Labour Party Conference in Manchester.

The British Beer & Pub Association North West region is holding a dinner during the Labour Party Conference in Manchester.

It is the first time that the trade association has run such an event during the conferences.

It is is seen by member companies as an opportunity to ‘meet their MPs’ and communicate a number of important messages about the industry to these politicians.

Richard Kershaw, the North West chairman said: “This is a great opportunity for members of the North West BBPA to meet with our local Labour MPs and get them to taste some excellent northern beers as well as discussing various industry issues such as their response to the duty escalator.”
