The brewer is one of the biggest wine wholesalers in the UK and is hoping the move will boost awareness of its offer.
Called Crown Cellars World Wines and Spirits, it lists a range of spirits and more than 500 wines, 100 of which are exclusive to the on-trade.
The division has also recently added five new wines to its list, including Condrieu Les Revines Niero, a Vognier from the Rhône Valley.
"We have been selling wine and spirits to the on-trade for more than 20 years and the range has been getting increasingly popular,” said Paul Waller, director of third-party brands at Carlsberg.
“By branding this division we hope to increase awareness of the range we offer alongside the expertise our wine and spirit specialists can offer outlets to make sure they are driving their offering and delivering best choice and value to their customers.”
The rebrand follows in the footsteps of Carlsberg's cask beer business, which was branded Tapster's seven years ago. Tapster offers 150 cask ales.
