Spirit head of food exits

Paul Farr has left Spirit Pub Company after seven-and-a-half years as its head of food.

Farr joined Spirit in 2004 after four years at Bartholdi, the travel catering company, where he was director of product development.

Following Farr’s departure, the new food team at Spirit will feature Kevin Harper as food and supply chain director, Jason Radbourn as product development manager and Kevin Steppe as menu development manager, with responsibility for overseeing the group’s brand menus.
