Russian Standard has unveiled a new international advertising campaign for
its namesake vodka, which kicked off with TV presence on Sky Sports during the Champions League final.
The new campaign, which uses the Vodka as it should be strapline, is an attempt to impart the brand vision of Russian Standard Vodka's founder, Roustam Tariko.
Tariko created the brand in order to share his passion for the true experience of premium Russian vodka with the world.
The adverts will contain a series of dramatic close-ups of the 'journey' the consumer takes when having a sip of the vodka.
Jonathan Stordy, chief executive of Russian Standard Vodka International, said: "Vodka as it should be is a bold brand message,
demonstrating the vision of Roustam Tariko: to share with the world what authentic Russian vodka should taste like.
"Not all vodkas are created equal, and in helping consumers to understand how pure, premium vodka really should taste, we simply tell the true story about our wonderful brand."
Joanne Birkitt, senior brand manager of Russian Standard Vodka, added:
"We are truly excited to launch our new UK marketing campaign.
"The television campaign will be complemented by
a series of outdoor and cinema placements across key UK cities."
