Fentiman's, best known for its traditional adult soft drinks, has just released a new alcoholic ginger beer.
Hollows Superior Ginger Beer, at 4 per cent ABV, is the first alcoholic drink in the Fentimans portfolio.
Eldon Robson, managing director and master brewer of Fentiman's, said: "Having been in the botanical brewing business for over one hundred years, we are perfectly placed to produce a superior alcoholic ginger beer. The alcoholic ginger beer market is growing quickly, and Hollows will offer a premium alternative to consumers."
The beer, launched on October 18, is made from all natural ingredients and is slowly fermented with botanical ingredients for 12 to 14 days until the drink comes into 'condition'. It is sold in 500ml bottles at a recommended retail price of £2.50.
