Brains, the brewer and pub operator, is set to re-open the restaurant on top of Swansea's £70m Meridian Tower.
The Penthouse restaurant, which is located on the 29th floor of the 300ft tower overlooking Swansea, the Bristol Channel and the Brecon Beacons, first opened last December.
However, it shut in April, around four months later, after the former operator Peter Way Restaurants was declared bankrupt and taken to London's High Court over thousands of pounds in unpaid wine bills.
Developer Earthquake UK re-occupied the site and re-marketed it, looking for a new operator.
The company said contractors were on site refurbishing the tower's top two floors with a view to re-opening it as an all-day dining destination, Grape and Olive, in mid-November.
