Jonathan Crow of the Lamb Tavern in Leadenhall Market, London, has been crowned the UK Stella Artois Draught Master.
Crow impressed judges with his near faultless display of the perfect pour and his passion for the beer and bar work at the UK final held last night at the Design Museum in London.
He scooped the cheque for £500 while the Lamb Tavern also received a cheque for £2,500.
Crow will no represent the UK at the World Draught master championships to be held in London on 28 October where he will stand the chance to travel the world as the Stella Artois global ambassador.
"It's a great honour to win," he said. "It is great that bar staff are getting recognised."
He added: "It is the people who make a consumer's pub experience, so I'm welcoming and friendly and help the customers as much as possible."
Devin Ringham of the Village East came in second place winning a cash prize of £200 and £1,000 for the outlet.
In third place, winning a cash prize of £100 and £600 for Museum Tavern was Cindy Kullye.
Holly Lockhart of the Victoria in Hitchin, Hertfordshire won the Personality award and went home with a cheque for £100.
