Manchester brewery Joseph Holt has announced it will be letting 15 pubs in north west England.

Traditional three-year brewery tenancies are being offered and the sales are handled by Fleurets.

Most of the pubs are in Greater Manchester, including Eagle Inn in Salford's Greengate, Old Blue Bell in Bury, Railway in Moses Gate, Winters Wine Bar in Stockport.

Fleurets associate Tim Martin said: "Guide rents are competitive and the tenant benefits from 50% of income from AWP, SWP and ancillary machine income after rent."

He added: "Although the pub property market is currently dominated by freehold disposals, not everyone wants to invest large sums of money in their business.

"Relatively small in-goings make this a great opportunity for someone who may have racked-up experience working in the licensed trade, to take their first step on the ladder to owning their own pub."

Joseph Holt promised the incoming tenants assistance with BII qualifications and personal licence applications, cellar management training and other areas.

John Waterhouse, tenancy area manager at Joseph Holt, said: "We're looking for people with drive, business acumen and the desire to build a business.

"In return, we're offering some great opportunities backed-up with accredited training and comprehensive support package."
