A haunted pub is opening its doors for a spooky sleepover to raise cash for the Stroke Association.
The Abbey Inn in Leeds bills itself as the most haunted pub in the city.
The pub doubled up as a mortuary in 19th and 20th century and customers had to walk past coffins to get to the toilets.
Ghostly sightings and sounds are often reported and the pub has featured in the TV show Most Haunted.
And on October 30 guests will don Hallowe'en costumes in a sponsored sleepover for the charity.
Licensee Martin Lockett said: "As I live in the pub, I am used to the strange noises at night, like hearing a girl laughing in the cellar, but this is the first time we've had a charity sleepover in the pub, so they're in for a scary time."
He added: "The Stroke Association is an important charity to me, as my mum runs a stroke club in Bramley, so I was happy to offer fundraisers the opportunity to see spooky goings-on first-hand."
